В наших проектах действительно дружат семьями, ходят друг к другу в гости на чашку чая, отпускают детей поиграть в соседском дворе, устраивают праздники, спортивные турниры, пикники. Всё это возможно благодаря камерности проектов, закрытой территории, определенному статусу жителей, которые преследуют общие ценности и интересы.

Делюсь кусочком нашего тёплого праздника в коттеджном посёлке «Март Хаус».
