Как сообщил Следком, Владимир Парафило был задержан военными ВС РФ. Он солдат 92-й ОШБр ВСУ.
В декабре 2024 года Парафило незаконно вторгся на территорию Курской области. На допросе признался: исполняя приказ командира, выстрелил в спину мужчине, хотя тот не представлял опасности. Мирный житель скончался на месте.
СК возбудил в отношении солдата и командира роты ВСУ с позывным Антошка уголовное дело по статье о теракте.
