Понятно, что не только у экспертов, но и у более-менее грамотных обывателей очередной нелепый монолог «правителя» Беларуси вызвал не более чем смех и стал поводом разве что для очередных мемов в интернете.
Впрочем, попробуем разобраться, что именно скрывается за очередной тирадой угроз из Минска и стоит ли на этот раз воспринимать всерьез подобные заявления.
