А Украина еще не начинала этим заниматься, там некому этим заниматься», - сказал Картаполов.
По его словам, Украина может создать радиоактивную «грязную бомбу", но Россия учитывает все возможности. «Если предположить, что им могут его втихаря дать, то это тоже исключено, потому что есть определенная методика, которая позволяет сразу определить, где боеприпас специальный был создан. Ну и тогда гудбай, Америка», - отметил депутат.
