В Кыргызстане с 25 ноября 2024 года отменяется комиссия за переводы денег через мобильные приложения банков, платежные системы или интернет-банкинг.
Как сообщили в Национальном банке КР, отмена комиссии будет действовать с 25 ноября 2024 года по 31 декабря 2025 года.
Отмечается, что отмена комиссии касается всех переводов между физическими лицами, включая переводы на банковские карты международных систем. Однако комиссия останется при переводах через платежные терминалы.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
