Здравствуйте, это тротуар на ул Балахонова в Черкесске. По ходу на просьбу ГИБДД не выезжать в снегопад отреагировали только коммунальщики. Неужели на столько наплевательски может быть отношения к людям? Куда смотрит мерия?

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
