«Мы доведем начатое до конца и не дадим оставить какие-либо лазейки, как бы кому этого не хотелось. Работа будет продолжена вплоть до установления полного запрета. И это не вопрос ограничения чьих-то там свобод, это вопрос национальной безопасности».
Более того, он еще предложил защитить российских детей, которых хотят усыновить пары из стран, «где разрешена смена пола».

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
