Анадырская межрайонная прокуратура организовала проверку по факту коммунальной аварии, произошедшей в с. Снежное Анадырского района.
Предварительно установлено, что 30 декабря произошло ограничение подачи отопления в многоквартирный дом по ул. Тундровая в связи с обледенением части трубопровода. В настоящее время проводятся работы по восстановлению теплоснабжения. Температура в доме поддерживается тепловыми пушками и обогревателями. В случае необходимости расселения граждан подготовлен маневренный жилой фонд.
В рамках надзорных мероприятий будет дана оценка соблюдению требований законодательства о бесперебойном обеспечении теплом населения, а также проведению перерасчета потребителям за ненадлежащее предоставление коммунальной услуги.
По итогам проверки будет решен вопрос о принятии мер прокурорского реагирования.
