История о таинственном исчезновении группы школьников рассказывается с точки зрения нескольких «случайных» персонажей (учителя, детектива, семьи) - кажется, Креггер проделал тот же нарративный трюк со сменой перспектив, но на усиленных производственных мощностях: актерский состав на этот раз включает Джоша Бролина, Джулию Гарнер, Тома Берка, Брайана Тайри Генри, Бенедикта Вонга и Олдена Эренрайка.
Студия уже перенесла премьеру с января 2026 года на 2025-ый, чтобы кино собрало побольше - видимо, ему и правда есть чем завлечь.
