Приказом Росреестра утверждены новые размеры платы за предоставление сведений из ЕГРН с нового года (юристы по недвижимости и риелторы могут начинать плакать уже сейчас): если вкратце, то всё дорожает минимум в 2 раза🤯
Выписка из ЕГРН, 1 шт.: было 350 р. для физиков и 870 р. для юриков — станет 700 р. и 1740 р. соответственно.
Любимые-родные пакеты выписок во ФГИС ЕГРН, которые помогали существенно сэкономить, тоже подрастут в цене и вообще не в 2 раза 😭 Пакет из 1000 выписок стоил 1940 р. для физиков, а станет… присядьте, а лучше прилягте 232 000 р.!!! 🤬
