🔸минтай обсушиваем, нарезаем на порционные кусочки. Выкладываем в миску и солим, перчим по вкусу, оставляем на 15-20 минут 🔸лук мелко нарезаем, морковь трем на крупной терке. Обжариваем лук и морковь 4-5 минут 🔸снимаем сковороду с огня, добавляем муку, чтобы не было комочков, хорошо перемешиваем 🔸 добавляем в овощи воду. Возвращаем сковороду и доводим до кипения 🔸добавляем сметану, соль и перец по вкусу 🔸в получившийся соус выкладываем рыбу и тушим ~25 минут
