Так вот мне интересно, донес ли Шумков до ушей Патрушева инфу о том, кто ему на Курганщине вечно вставляет палки в колеса в плане реализации мусорной реформы и всю дорогу пытается рейдернуть местный мусорный рынок, дабы установить конский тариф и наживаться на бедных курганцах на потребу своей черной душе.
