Отмечу, что дептранс Москвы в к конце прошлого года установил максимальную скорость для курьерской доставки на велосипедах не выше 25 км/ч. Ограничения в столицы начнут действовать в мае этого года.
Однако тут ведь главная проблема – это восприимчивость самих курьеров. Подавляющее большинство из них не то, что наших законов не знает: в целом ни бельмеса по-русски не смыслит.
