Я давний поклонник Сиры от соседей Маркотха - Усадьбы Дивноморское. Могу утверждать, что интерес к российскому у меня появился именно после распития Сиры 2017 от Дивноморки. Но Маркотхскую Сиру почему-то попробовал только на минувшей дегустации. Мы открыли Сиру 2022 в паре с Пино Нуаром Г&Г 2023. Да, с Пино Нуаром) Я сам никогда бы не поставил Сиру с Пино Чёрным, если бы не пробовал Сиру 2022 Алексея Толстого. Это очень хрупкий, элегантный стиль. Аромат, сперва, совсем не напоминает Сиру. Поначалу, были пион, губная помада, незрелая вишня, потом пришли характерные кожа, перец, свежий ягодный сок. Обязательно аэрируйте! Алексей, кстати, сказал, что связывает эту элегантность и сложность в Сире с тем, что, видимо, её корни первыми смогли углубиться в почве, на пути к материнской породе. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
