الیاس حضرتی رئیس شورای اطلاع رسانی دوات نوشت: 🔹متاسفانه شب گذشته در حادثه معدن طبس که به دلیل نشت گاز متان رخ داد، جمعی از کارگران زحمت‌کش جان خود را از دست دادند و تعدادی مصدوم شدند.
🔹رییسجمهور محترم به محض اطلاع از این مساله دستور پیگیری داده و استاندار محترم خراسان جنوبی و مقامات استانی از شب گذشته در محل حادثه حضور دارند و ۳ وزیر کشور، صمت و کار هم از سوی رییسجمهور مسئول پیگیری دلایل وقوع این حادثه شدند و ۲ وزیر کار و صمت در حال عزیمت به محل حادثه هستند.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
