Инициатива более чем актуальна, ибо в России на данный момент только банковских заемщиков с двумя кредитами насчитывается более 10 млн. Предполагается, что эти горе-должники смогут рассчитывать на снижение ежемесячного платежа, отсрочку по выплатам и/или увеличение срока по кредитам.
Ныне же действующих похожий механизм в отношении таких лиц осуществляется лишь силами около десятка банков. После принятия поправок к законодательству такие действия станут обязательными, а заемщики смогут рассчитывать на послабления долговой нагрузки.
