То, что это сильный пропагандистский ход, фактически - последний у администрации Байдена, - факт.
То, что такое разрешение могло быть дано - бесспорно.
То, что цель - эскалация и срыв всяческих попыток диалога с Москвой - очевидно.
А, вот, кто его давал? Байден ли или от имени Байдена. И давал ли сегодня? И дано ли оно в ответ на попадание во что-то или в кого-то очень ценного в Буковеле? Или радикалы в Демпарти решили предвосхитить решение...Это пока оставим под вопросом. До утра. Не спешим.
Скажу одно - у "байденовцев", семейных или коллективных, не важно, началась истерика. Это и хорошо, и плохо. Хорошо потому, что мы побеждаем. Плохо - потому, что радикал-атлантисты готовы идти ва-банк.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
