Что в этой новости странного, спросите вы? А то, что создание десяти одинаковых НПЦ, клепающих идентичные дроны, стране не нужно. Ибо новая отрасль с таким подходом не появится.
У регионов должна быть глубокая специализация в конкретной сфере. То есть каждый субъект должен выбрать себе тот элемент беспилотной авиационной системы, в которой его компетенции превосходят других.
