В Госдуме готовится законопроект о введении уголовного наказания за продажу вейпов детям
Об этом в ходе пленарного заседания сообщил Председатель Госдумы Вячеслав Володин.
«Мы с вами видим, что принятых ранее решений недостаточно, и наши коллеги предложили привлекать к уголовной ответственности за продажу вейпов несовершеннолетним и увеличить штрафы», – отметил Вячеслав Володин.
Он добавил, что депутаты и дальше продолжат заниматься вопросами защиты здоровья детей.
«Это важный шаг по наведению порядка в этой сфере. Нам с вами надо продолжить заниматься вопросами защиты здоровья детей и по другим направлениям. Ну и, конечно, недопустимо, когда несовершеннолетним продают алкоголь, сигареты, вейпы и многое другое, что подпадает под запрет», — подчеркнул Председатель Госдумы.
