Дело в том, что по местным правилам на думском заседании должны присутствовать высшие должностные лица области, а губернатор Вячеслав Федорищев заболел легкой формой коронавируса и самоизолировался в своем кабинете.
В связи с этим выборы Мэра перенесены на четверг 26 декабря.
