1. Черный перец пожарить в сотейнике до раскрытия аромата.

2. Далее добавляем всё, кроме сливок и масла.

3. Доводим до легкого кипения и постепенно вливаем сливки и сливочное масло.

4. Активно мешаем и доем соусу чуть покипеть.
