سازمان هواپیمایی ايران طی اطلاعیه‌ای اعلام کرد، ورود هرگونه وسیله ارتباطی الکترونیکی به‌جز تلفن همراه به کابین هواپیما، چه همراه مسافر و چه در بار، ممنوع است. به گزارش اطلاعات هامبورگ؛ در اطلاعیه این سازمان آمده:این تصمیم به منظور حفظ ایمنی پروازها اتخاذ شده و مسافران باید از حمل وسایلی مانند پیجر و واکی تاکی خودداری کنند. این ممنوعیت شامل کابین مسافر و بخش کارگو ( بار) می‌شود.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia.
