Среди тех, чьи имена навсегда вписаны в героическую летопись нашей страны, и наш земляк Андрей Задорожный. Североморец сражался в войсках специального назначения. На его счету – десятки успешно выполненных боевых задач. За мужество и героизм, проявленные в ходе выполнения задач специальной военной операции, награжден орденом Мужества (посмертно).

Свой последний бой Андрей принял ровно два года назад – 23 января 2023 года. Сегодня вместе с учениками школы № 12 и родными и близкими Андрея открыли в его родной школе мемориальную доску. Вечная память герою! Быть воином – жить вечно!
