Публичное акционерное общество «Новороссийское морское пароходство» выплатило своим акционерам дивиденды по итогам 9 месяцев 2024 года. Общая сумма выплат составила 5,876 млрд рублей.
По обыкновенным акциям выплачено более 5,567 млрд рублей. Доходы по привилегированным акциям составили более 0,308 млрд руб.
Средства выплачены по 301 миллиону акций, в том числе по 285,51 млн. обыкновенных акций и по 15,824 млн. привилегированных акций.
На каждую ценную бумагу «Новошипа» пришлось 19,5 рубля, сообщает Центр раскрытия корпоративной информации «Интерфакс».
Список лиц с правом на получение доходов, выплачиваемых по ценным бумагам эмитента, определялся на 9 января 2025 года.
