💊ФАС согласовала цены на 5 включенных в перечень ЖНВЛП лекарственных препаратов.

📑Референтные (оригинальные) лекарственные препараты с МНН «Алоглиптин+Пиоглитазон», «Инклисиран», «Алпелисиб», «Даратумумаб» и «Анифролумаб» были включены в перечень ЖНВЛП в 2025 году*.

📉ФАС России провела экономический анализ цен производителей на указанные препараты. Это позволило снизить цены на них в среднем на 19% от средней стоимости их реализации в 2024 году и в среднем на 141% от минимальных цен в референтных для России странах.

👍Снижение стоимости препаратов повысит их доступность для граждан России. В медорганизациях они должны предоставляться гражданам бесплатно в рамках программы государственных гарантий бесплатного оказания медицинской помощи.

*Лекарственные препараты включены в перечень ЖНВЛП распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 15.01.2025 № 10-р, которое вступает в силу 20.03.2025

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
