Варим спагетти, пока они варятся - режем кубиком грудинку, чеснок - крупно слайсами.
Обжариваем грудинку с чесноком.
Делаем сливочный соус. Смешиваем сливки с желтками в миске, натираем туда пармезан, солим, перчим. Перемешиваем тщательно.
Спагетти сварились ( на всякий случай сохраните воду от макарон, буквально треть чашки) - Скидываем их к грудинке, перемешиваем, даем им напитаться маслом с чесноком и грудинкой.
Заливаем соусом, убираем огонь. Перемешиваем (если очень густо добавляем воды от спагетти). 3 минуты и все готово.
Раскладываем по тарелкам. Можно украсить листиком базилика или петрушки, сбрызнуть оливковым маслом.
