С 19 сентября Russian World Vision выпускает совершенно потрясающе отреставрированную версия 40-летнего именинника — "Париж, Техас" Вима Вендерса. Я не очень-то падка отсматривать восстановленные версии культовой классики, но с "П,Т" сотворили настоящее чудо. Абсолютная красота природы теперь еще лучше контрастирует с абсолютной потерянностью человека на ее фоне.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
