Заместитель министра исследований, инноваций и цифровой политики Никодемос Дамиану отметил, что основная цель программы — создание новых рабочих мест и содействие инновациям.
Программа позволяет стартаперам жить и работать на Кипре в течение трех лет с возможностью получения ПМЖ.
Кипр также предлагает налоговые льготы для иностранных работников с высоким доходом — сотрудники с доходом от €55 000 в год получат налоговую скидку в 50% на 17 лет.
В декабре 2024 года были одобрены изменения в схеме стартап-виз, в частности, срок ВНЖ увеличили с двух до трех лет.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram.
