Министра ЖКХ Новосибирской области перевели под домашний арест
Центральный районный суд Новосибирска изменил меру пресечения министру ЖКХ и энергетики региона Денису Архипову с СИЗО на домашний арест.
В суд были переданы обращения от представителей правительства НСО, включая вице-губернатора Олега Клемешова и и. о. министра ЖКХ Евгения Назарова, которые ходатайствовали о смягчении меры пресечения.
Архипов находился в СИЗО с марта 2024 года. Его обвиняют в превышении и злоупотреблении полномочиями (ст. 285 и 286 УК РФ). Судебный процесс стартовал в сентябре, однако сам министр вины не признает.

"For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
