Гулидов насчитывает многолетний стаж работы в системе железнодорожного транспорта. За добросовестный труд и проявленную инициативу при выполнении производственных заданий имеет награды и поощрения.
С 18 сентября 2023 г. М. Гулидов назначен на должность коммерческого директора компании «Гарант Рейл Сервис». На данном посту Максиму Игоревичу предстоит управлять рядом предприятий со значительной численностью сотрудников.
