Минприроды предлагает ввести новую статью 7.3.1 «Самовольная добыча нерудных полезных ископаемых, угля и торфа» и изменить подход к наказанию за соответствующие нарушения. Согласно документу, штрафы будут исчисляться пропорционально стоимости незаконно добытых ископаемых. «Сухие» и водные объекты будут уравнены.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
