На мой взгляд, атмосфера в команде очень важна и для меня всегда это отдельный фокус внимания. Понятное дело, что это продуктивно и всё такое, но мне просто по-человечески хочется, чтобы то большое время, которое провожу на работе я и мои коллеги было приятным и комфортным.
