Советский районный суд Уфы отказал в удовлетворении ходатайство лидера группы ДДТ Юрия Шевчука о переносе рассмотрения административного дела о дискредитации ВС РФ в Санкт-Петербург, сообщает наш корреспондент из зала суда.
Дело в том, что концерт, где музыкант высказался о своем отношении к спецоперации на Украине проходил именно в Уфе.
Шевчуку грозит штраф от 30 до 50 тысяч рублей., начало разбирательств запланировано на 5 августа.
