Уже и не упомню, когда, но купил в букинисте книжку Владимира Литвинова «Заглавие не придумано: Рассказы из моей жизни. Из давнего и недавнего прошлого» (1968). Ничего о ней не знал тогда и, каюсь, так и не прочел, зато отсканировал. В ней собраны короткие живые мемуарные зарисовки, каждая снабжена виньеткой в начале, просто держать ее в руках и перелистывать было очень приятно; дай Бог, содержание тоже не подкачает. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
