И тут надо понимать одну деликатную вещь: в отличие от Союзного Государства, ЕАЭС не особо удачное интеграционное объединение на евразийском пространстве.
До тех показателей взаимодействия с Россией в части создания единых рынков и развития экономики, которые есть у Белоруссии, ЕАЭС расти и расти.
Так что рамках своих председательских полномочий Белоруссии есть что продвигать: опыт и наработки Союзного государства.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
