Еще 109 белгородцев ранены, сообщил губернатор Вячеслав Гладков. 25 человек находятся в тяжелом состоянии, их перевезли в федеральные больницы.
При обстреле пострадали больше 410 многоэтажных и частных домов. По словам губернатора Вячеслава Гладкова, жители ночью помогали убирать улицы города и дома.
В Белгород приехал полпред в ЦФО Игорь Щеголев. Правительство области работает в круглосуточном режиме.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function.
