Жители Солнечногорского и Истринского района Московской области делятся кадрами ночных взрывов. Официальных данных об атаке нет, но со слов очевидцев они видели неопознанные летающие объекты, некоторые были похожи на БПЛА, а некоторые на шары. Зарево от взрывов освещало всю округу, а от гула и взрывной волны включались сигнализации у машин и тряслись стёкла в окнах на десятки километров. Кто-то утром даже видел осколки металлические осколки, а также поступали сообщения об обнаружении хвостовой части ракеты.
