Мы занимаемся научно-исследовательской и
издательской деятельностью, правовым просвещением, а также ведём общественно значимые судебные процессы. По результатам последних КС и ЕСПЧ выносят прецедентные решения.

Институт права и публичной политики — единственная в России некоммерческая организация, которая на профессиональной и регулярной основе занимается обращениями в Конституционный Суд, а также международные органы.

Главный дефект закона — он не позволяет разграничить научную и политическую деятельность. Дефиниция политической деятельности и её формы практически совпадают с научной деятельностью и её формами. Разграничить «политику» и «науку» на практике невозможно: в зону риску попадают как организации, так и учёные-правоведы.
