За 2024 год в сфере местного самоуправления Государственным Собранием (Ил Тумэн) принято 22 нормативных акта, в том числе 13 законов Республики Саха (Якутия)
Из них 8 законов республики приняты в сфере наделения органов местного самоуправления муниципальных районов и городских округов отдельными государственными полномочиями.
Например: 🔹по поддержке сельскохозяйственного производства, 🔹по созданию административных комиссий, 🔹по социальной поддержке детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, 🔹по выравниванию бюджетной обеспеченности поселений, 🔹по осуществлению выплаты ежемесячного денежного вознаграждения за классное руководство и т.д.
