На автодороге «Преградное - Тахта - Ипатово» сотрудники ДПС остановили автомобиль «Хонда», который совершал опасные маневры на дороге. За рулем находился 56-летний местный житель с явными признаками алкогольного опьянения.
Водитель отказался пройти освидетельствование на месте, но в медицинском учреждении тест показал 1,26 мг/л алкоголя в выдыхаемом воздухе.
На нарушителя составлен административный протокол по ч. 1 ст. 12.8 КоАП РФ, а его автомобиль отправлен на штрафстоянку. Теперь ему грозит лишение водительских прав на срок до двух лет и штраф в размере 30 тысяч рублей.
