به گزارش ایراف، این گروه تروریستی چهارشنبه ۳ بهمن، با انتشار بیانیه‌ای گفته است حمله بر شهروندان چینی و قتل یک تبعه این کشور، کار جنگجویان این گروه بوده است.
این در حالیست که طالبان نیز روز گذشته کشته شدن این تبعه چینی در تخار را تایید کرد.
محمداکبر حقانی، سخنگوی فرماندهی پلیس طالبان در ولایت تخار گفته است که یک شهروند چین توسط “افراد ناشناس” به قتل رسیده است.
