Запуск автомобильного движения по объездной дороге возле Усолья-Сибирского на трассе «Сибирь» запланирован на 31 октября. Строительство обхода обсуждалось с середины 2010-х годов. Объезд необходим для того, чтобы миновать Усолье и Тельму, где регулярно возникали пробки и происходили аварии из-за слишком активного движения.
Для обхода были построены пять мостов через речки Тельминку, Биликтуйку, Картагон и Целоту. Кроме того, там появились несколько разноуровневых развязок.
