Объем высвободившейся мощности из-за запрета составляет 305 МВт. То есть снизилась мгновенная нагрузка. Но перераспределить эти мегаватты в пользу других потребителей нельзя, поэтому получается, что проблема с техприсоединением не решилась.
Заметим, что, по последним данным, техприсоединения ждут около 10 тысяч потребителей.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
