Ровно 310 лет назад, 20 октября 1714 года, великий реформатор всея Руси Пëтр I издал один самых странных своих указов — о запрете каменного строительства на всей территории страны, кроме Санкт-Петербурга.
Зачем ему понадобился такой указ, который буквально останавливал развитие строительной отрасли в России?
Замысел царя был прост. Он планировал, что каменщики всей страны, оставшиеся без работы, ринутся в Санкт-Петербург, который в то время был огромной строительной площадкой, и быстро проведут КРТ превратят город в конфетку🍬
Но ошибиться могут все, вот и Петр просчитался. Никто не хотел бросать свои семьи ради болота города, которого еще не было.
Рабочих рук все равно не хватало, и тогда строителей стали свозить в Питер принудительно. Город построили, а указ прекратил действие через 27 лет, в 1741 году.

"It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
