Еще 22 ноября первый заместитель главы исполкома Азат Нигматзянов подписал постановление о разрешении осуществления религиозных обрядов недалеко от жилой застройки. В связи с этим земельный участок площадью почти 3 тысячи квадратных метров можно будет использовать по новому назначению.
Уже с 28 ноября комитету земельных и имущественных отношений Казани предоставлено соответствующее разрешение.
Похоже идет подготовка к строительству обещанного на месте Кырлая сквера «1100-летия принятия ислама Волжской Булгарией», в комплексе которого также планировалась небольшая мечеть.
