Официальной причиной попадания в РНП является расторжение контракта в случае одностороннего отказа заказчика от исполнения контракта в связи с существенным нарушением поставщиком условий контракта, причем инициатором выступает УФАС по Саратовской области.
Нарушение не просто какое-то формальное – при борьбе за госконтракт на проведение оценки уязвимости объектов транспортной инфраструктуры, заместитель гендира по оценке уязвимости «Интегра-С» попытался дать взятку сотруднику ФКУ «Нижне-Волжского управления федеральных автомобильных дорог Федерального дорожного агентства». В итоге, он был приговорен к штрафу 550 тыс. руб.
Для компании это серьезный удар – «Интегра-С» активно работала над госзаказами: она исполнила 184 контракта на общую сумму в 1 млрд рублей, получив банковские гарантии на 24 млн руб📌
