150 м² каркасного дома на два этажа в скандинавском стиле. Конструктив и характеристики смотрите на фото. В черновой отделке проект стартует от 8,7 млн руб., что весьма недешево для каркаса.

Автор проекта — ООО «АРХИТЕКТУРНОЕ БЮРО «ХВОЯ» из Санкт-Петербурга. Проект называется «Дача'83», он доступен в 38 регионах. Не понимаю, чем он так полюбился потребителю, ведь планировка весьма посредственная. Возможно, решает второй свет и красивый внешний вид.

Здесь 3 спальни и две ванные комнаты. Первый этаж — общая зона и кабинет, второй — приватная. Достаточно уютная терраса, на рендерах вписывается лаконично. Отметим двускат — удобная кровля из стальных листов, снег задерживаться не будет.
