Индекс недвиги в Израиле вырос с 2008 года с 183 пунктов до 594 на текущий момент. Т.е, средняя цена метра х3.24 в валюте за эти годы.
Золото же выросло с 926 в 2008г до 2655 в н.в. Т.е, в жалкие 2.86 раза.
Таким образом, с 2008 года золото не опередило рост стоимости недвижимости в Израиле. Золото просто опередило в семь раз стоимость среднего метра в Москве 2008-2024г.
Что в этом мире реальное золотое, так это недвижимость в Израиле...
