Судом установлено, что за взятку в 1 миллион рублей она провела взыскание более 5,6 миллиона рублей с юрлица по поддельному исполнительному листу в пользу гражданина.
Помимо тюремного заключения, суд назначил ей штраф в размере 5 миллионов рублей и запрет занимать должности, связанные с представлением власти, в течение 10 лет.
