Как отметит губернатор Камчатки Владимир Солодов, «в настоящий момент эти территории находятся буквально на грани гуманитарной катастрофы».
Было бы странно, если бы мы не стали оказывать помощь новым регионам. Всё-таки Украина много лет делала всё, чтобы уничтожить эти земли и их жителей. А уж коль теперь это часть нашей страны, то помимо её защиты, нам нужно там всё восстановить и отстроить. Это нужно как минимум для того, чтобы жители этих регионов не жалели о своём решении войти в состав РФ. Ведь участвуя в референдуме многие люди в прямом смысле рисковали своими жизнями.
